Returns

We have a no-quibble returns policy. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and in a mint condition for refund. All returns must be sent back with a copy of the sales receipt. If you want to exchange then please write this on the sales receipt.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

From time to time DVDs don't work or very ocassionally a book will arrive damaged. Whatever the problem please contact us immediately and we will send out the replacement together with a Freepost label for returning the goods. 

Delivery

All items within the UK are sent out 2nd Class by Royal Mail unless the order is of significant value, then we despatch with a courier. Postage overseas goes Airmail.

This site is 100% secure using Worldpay

Service

We seriously do pride ourselves on our service. However we are not perfect and we do, ocassionally, get it wrong. If we have made a blunder then we put it right quickly and without fuss but with our apologies.
